As with a good baseball glove, our leather goods need to be broken in.  Please don't be worried if your products seem to be a bit stiff....they need time to break in.  We recommend that you use Armoral Leather Wipes to take care of minor dirt and such.  It puts a light conditioner on the leather after you use it.  Once a season or so we recommend you use a leather conditioner such as Mink Oil or any other product that can be used on leather goods.  For any of our tooled products do not use paste-style conditioners....it will most likely cake up in the grooves of the tooling and not soak in....use a good liquid conditioner.
